Trip to USA. [Adventure on the plane]

The airplane was extremely shaky when it took off. Probably because of the rain outside...mm..well it was pretty scary actually, for a second I thought I'd not make it back alive lol...there were like people screaming because of the violent shakes and stuff. Pretty much show how bad the shake was huh LOL..

Anyways, I made it back alive. @@. On board the first long long flight of erm, probably around 7 hours, I've managed to pass time by watching a total of 3 movies. The movies are "The King's Speech, 30 days and Nightmare at Elm's road." The last two was freaking scary LOL..especially the Nightmare at Elm's road. The king's speech was pretty dull and boring at the start, pretty much fell asleep and watched it on and off..lol.

Ah, for breakfast they served this really awesome breakfast. Two choices to choose from, Western breakfast or chicken hor fan. The quantity was quite little D; , but the quality was better than what I've expected hehe! Since my bro's gf couldn't finish her share of the breakfast, I ate it for her, so yeah...pretty much hit the spot LOL.

When we've alighted from the first plane which is at Tokyo [Narita Airport] , we bought ramen, and katsu don, super nice can!! Just that the soup base was too salty for my taste haha.. oh oh!! They have this really nice cool devices where when the food is ready, it will start to vibrate to alert you that the food is ready for collection. Pretty neat heh!

Have been eating the entire day, haiz, I think I'm gonna put on a few extra pounds orz.

I noted that the babies were extremely adorable at such cold countries, the cheeks, they are rosy red!!!




Feeling a bit sick, I wonder if it's the jetlag or the food I ate..oh well..

21 March 2011, the last day before going to USA.

Rolling and tossing, my mind kept replaying the words said. Keeping in mind that I need to clear things up, I laid back and watched the ceiling while the clock slowly ticked away the time.
After the long wait, the alarm rang 8.29 and I jumped off my bed and dialed the number to call my love to meet and explain everything...



(Due to time constraint I'm gonna speed up everything!!!!)

I packed everything up and I'm ready to roll!!! Took a photo of me and my travel stuffs! Will upload it later when I come back.

My own sugarcane.

I've found a sugarcane,
it's really sweet,
it's even sweeter than the sugar I have,
but
the sugarcane is expensive
I'm poor,

The words that people say is getting to me...like recently. I'm not really one to care what other says in the past but now I'm really self conscious about it.

Sure, I ain't good looking, I admit it, but do you really have to troll about it? So what? I DO NOT need your judgements, like seriously.



So being all depressed about it I talked to Lisa my 'sis', and she told me about herself too and how we should take another look at ourselves. Honestly, after the chat I felt much better. I have my good points too yeah! *winks* lol. I can draw,colour,sing fairly well or at least I think I do.




So I came across this song, it's called FUCK YOU by Lily Allen. Really, I got addicted to this song and I LOVE the lyrics. I can't emphasize that enough man!! It totally resonates with my heart.

A relaxing day!

Well today I accompanied my friend Lisa to her 'client' cousin's house.


Basically she was hired to play by him in this duet for a competition.




The piece that they were practising was apparently one of the highest level in the guzheng's world. Or so was what I was told.


Anyway in the beginning I cringed a little at the mistakes that both made but slowly bit by bit, both of them improved! There was a teacher to instruct them so yeah xD...It's extremely stressful I guess..







Oh anyway here's the main part! After the guzheng and piano duet practice, Lisa and I headed over tojavascript:void(0) Tamp to eat Swenson's GIANT EARTHQUAKE ICE CREAM!!! Well she treated me hehe xD. She promised to treat me so yeah <3.

Bugis dessert buffet!!

Met up with Lisa in Bugis library's study lounge to study today.



And guess what?
*Crowds reply* : What??
We went for a Japanese dessert buffet! Unfortunately I didn't take photos of our food since we were given like only 60minutes to consume whatever food we can LOL!



Anyway I have to tell you, the desserts are fantastic! And OH OH!! The curry they got are super delicious. It has this pleasant sour taste similar to that of Indian's fish head curry, but just a little bit sweeter, thicker and richer in it's flavor. It also has this very unique, mild spicy taste after you swallow the curry (:





Okay, time for me to go. Having TXP (Taxonomy and Plant Identification) tomorrow..

I'm soooooooo ready to pawn this subject. NOT.
I'd probably get screwed upside down by it...not even near prepared, but here I am blogging HAHA....okay nights!!

Bens and Jerry's Chunkfest!

After my frustrating Chemistry examinations, my course mate and I decided that we needed something to boost ourselves so yeah hehe...we went to the chunk fest. It's something like a major Ben and Jerry's event...





The ice creams were fantastic..but just a little too expensive LOL..


Oh well quality over quantity =/.

Terry Garey's books!

This particular author is kick ass man.


The way she writes is so fluid and the story is so good that it leaves your heart pounding, thinking that you're actually witnessing what was happening.


I've recently finished one of her books which is named as 'A match made in hell.'



And only did I know today that the few other books that I've wanted to borrow were ALL WRITTEN BY HER!!


My oh my...I never knew that all the books were linked...and actually continued!! I'm soooo gonna borrow them when I'm done and finished with my examinations!
Ugh...talking about examinations... *Runs around in circles* GYAAAA...



Anyway if you interested in romantic fiction with a large serving of spooks, READ THEM!
They are seriously good, I've never been so 'on my toes' before! Especially since there are spooks involved...haha!



Talking about spooks...the other day I saw a 'blurrish' white figure hovering at the door....I blinked and I saw nothing..
Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me but..ugh..nvm I don't wanna think if it's 'if not.'

Well...today was quite a boring day with nothing much out of the ordinary hence I'm gonna talk about something interesting from yesterday! HAHA.

When I was on my way home yesterday from the Bishan Library, I saw a guy talking to another person supposedly as a surveyor. I narrowed my eyes and noticed that it was the 'All famous' Steven Lim!



At that point in time, I was totally at loss. I felt like laughing out loud and crying bloody tears at the same time. No offense but, ugh.
